Fingerprint readers provide a powerful solution that balances the need for robust security with improved convenience for end users. Our best-in-class solutions utilise highly accurate optical or multi-spectral sensors to ensure that fingerprints are captured in minute detail.
In addition, the separate Interface Board significantly enhances the security of ievo fingerprint readers. The reader head itself contains no data at all, rendering it useless in the event of a theft. The Interface Board stores everything on the secure side of the door. Even better, the fingerprint images save on the Board as unique digital templates, with the original images discarded. So even in the unlikely event that an intruder accessed the Interface Board, none of the data on it would serve any purpose. Backwards-engineering the templates to recreate fingerprints is simply not possible!
