CDVI has expanded its 2EASY video door entry range with a new IP technology series. The series includes a stylish new internal monitor which blends seamlessly into any environment.
IP video entry offers a flexible and reliable solution that is ideal for both residential and commercial installations. Utilising internet technology for video and audio communication, IP systems do not require dedicated wiring infrastructure, making installations significantly quicker and less disruptive. If a building already has networks installed, for other solutions such as CCTV or intrusion alarms, an IP entry system can be added to the same network.
In addition to the new monitor, the full 2EASY IP range comprises a narrow-style camera door station, a touchscreen digital door station in flush or surface mount, and a relay light control module. For full flexibility and ultimate control, 2EASY can be integrated seamlessly with ATRIUM access control.
The 2EASY IP series is supported and enhanced by a free smartphone app. The VDP Connect app allows users to receive calls from a 2EASY door station on their mobile, wherever they are, seeing and speaking to visitors with the option to remotely unlock the door. VDP Connect is available to download for free from iOS and Android app libraries.
Offering a flexible solution for a wide range of projects, 2EASY IP is designed to secure systems from one single door up to 8,000 separate monitors in complex building systems.
The IP range will be available to buy in the UK from October 2021.
