We are making some changes to our returns policy.
The change applies to ievo biometrics and DIGIWAY door automation products only.
Returns for any other products remain the same. You will need to submit a Returns Merchandise Agreement on our website. Check our Terms & Conditions for specific information.
This change only applies to products that are out of warranty.
Changes to ievo & DIGIWAY returns
From the 1st January 2023, we will charge a standard fee for return and testing of ievo biometrics and DIGIWAY door automation products.
The fee will be £50.00 + VAT.
If any repairs are made to the returned product, then parts and labour (charged at £25ph or part thereof) will be charged, plus carriage for the return.
