Following the Government’s advice relating to the outbreak of COVID-19, CDVI are operating a work-from-home policy for most of our staff until further notice. CDVI UK takes the safety and wellbeing of its employees, customers, and suppliers extremely seriously, and there are multiple measures in place, including home working, to reduce social contact and potential infection as much as possible.
Our office and support staff are all working normal business hours from home with full access to all the systems and services of usual business operations. If you need to get in touch with us, please do so through the normal channels and follow the same procedures as you normally would. We are endeavouring to keep the business running as usual as much as possible.
Our warehouse staff are still working on-site, but extreme care is being taken to limit social contact where possible. This means that our warehouse is still operational, and you will still be able to collect packages from us as usual. There will be some additional measures to follow when you arrive for a delivery or collection – please look out for the notice on our front door.
Whilst we envisage there may be some challenges to the future supply channel of our products, we currently have sufficient stock on our key product lines for 5 months of supply. Currently, all our eight factories are working and producing products and all backed by our industry-leading 10-year warranty. If it becomes likely that our business operations will be adversely affected by the evolving circumstances, we will let you know as soon as possible.
