Certified Installers are people who have successfully completed a CDVI Academy classroom training session. It could have been an on-site session at our dedicated facility in High Wycombe or Durham, or a co-organised session somewhere else.
The certification lasts for one full year after the date you attended the training. There are currently four different product areas in which you can become certified:
Being a CDVI Certified Installer comes with a range of benefits. First of all, we’ll list you on our website. Many customers come to the site looking for someone to take on their project. They’ll see your details in their local area using the map tool. As a reputable and certified partner of CDVI, customers will trust you to do a great job.
We’ll also pass on job leads that come to us through other means, such as people phoning in. If the project is local to you and suits your certified disciplines, we’ll send it on to you, building up your portfolio.
Finally, we will provide you with plenty of CDVI merch. Because who doesn’t love free stuff?

We understand that it’s not always possible for you to attend training at our facilities. That’s why we’ve taken CDVI Academy on the road!
As long as you’ve got a few installers and engineers to take part, we can run the training session wherever is convenient for you. There will still be real CDVI products to learn with, and plenty of opportunity to ask questions.

When you become certified, it’s valid for 12 months from the day you completed your training. To keep your Certified Installer status, all you need to do is attend a refresher course once every year.
We update our products all the time, adding new features and making important changes. That’s why we encourage you to come back every year, so your knowledge is always fresh.
Don’t worry about remembering – we’ll contact you when the 12 month mark is approaching, so that you can book your refresher course in good time.
