SPIR24 Symmetrical fail safe strike, 24Vdc, monitored

With a compact, reversible design, this strike is easy to install on right- or left-handed doors. It features an adjustable jaw, allowing adaptation to different types of doors and locks. This fail safe strike ensures the door unlocks automatically in the event of a power cut, prioritising safety for escape routes. Its coil supports continuous operation at 24Vdc (ED 100%). In addition, the strike is equipped with a microswitch monitoring system which indicates the door’s status. The signal generated can be integrated with lighting, sound, access control or airlock systems. It incorporates a bidirectional transil, which protects the access control system against electrical surges that risk damage.
