CDVI Ltd was formed in 1999 as the UK & Ireland Sales & Marketing arm of the CDVI Group of Companies. Since then, with the acquisition of Link Technology and HJMS Metal Fabrication, CDVI Ltd has expanded into manufacturing within the UK. At present CDVI Ltd occupies 3 premises in High Wycombe. CDVI Ltd is active in the fields of electronic locking and access control, with products ranging from Electromagnetic Locking, Keypads, Stand Alone, Biometric & On Line Access Control and Gate Automation. The CDVI Group has offices and factories in over 15 countries encompassing 4 continents, with a turnover in excess of €40,000,000. Product sectors include security product manufacturing, biometric analysis, plastic and metallic engineering. VHES 'No Touch' Exit Switch is designed to be installed on a door exit route for the purposes of unlocking an electronically secured door. The operation requires a hand placing in front of the unit to activate the infra red sensor. When this detection takes place the internal relay will change state momentarily. The relay can be connected to any access control system input as a conventional exit (egress) switch would be. The VHES is ideal for non-contact exit applications or where high usage is expected.
